Attendance for the first half term of this academic year was 97.55%

Overall absence was 2.45%

Regular attendance at school gives your child the opportunity to make the most of what school has to offer.

Good attendance can help children to:

  •  keep up with school work;
  •  learn the social skills they need to make and keep friends;
  •  discover more about themselves and their place in the world;
  •  make the most of the opportunities available to them at school.

Please note:

  • Any Absence has to be covered by a letter or phone call on the first day.
  • Appropriate evidence must be shown to the school office if your child is ill - even for one day. If you fail to provide this, your child's absence will be marked as unauthorised.  The evidence could be one of the following: a prescription, child's medication, doctor's appointment letter or proof of attendance to the doctor's surgery.
Any religious festivals inside of school term will be supported by permitting 1 day authorised absence. Any additional days will be unauthorised.
